We are a small artisan chocolates and confections company here in San Antonio Texas. Chef Janie graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry. She has been in business for more than 12 years creating products to satisfy your sweet tooth.
We are known for our Mexican Chocolate Toffee and our selection of chocolates are made from local resources and we use only the best ingredients available. Honey Caramel, Lavender Bark, and Raspberry Truffles are made with products from the market vendors. We strive to create magical flavors and products to make lasting memories for our guests, whether you are local or tourist, guaranteed to be memorable.
